If you are not satisfied with OpenMSG, you may request a full refund of the licence fees paid within 30 days of the date of purchase.
The guarantee applies to annual subscriptions and perpetual licences. For annual subscriptions, the 30-day period runs from each purchase date, including a renewal purchase.

Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. After approval, refunds are typically processed within 14 days. The time for funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.
